What Steam knows about you
Valve keeps transaction data for up to ten years. When you delete your account, games that affected other players' scores are not deleted, only your link to them is permanently anonymised.

Where the request goes
The request goes by email to questions@valvesoftware.com, the address the company names for data-protection matters. The company also runs a rights form. Open the form.
