A mistake in a company page
Every company page states one fact, names the official document it came from, and gives the day that document was read. A policy changes without notice, and a fact that held in August can stop holding.
If you find one that no longer matches, write with the company name and what changed. The page gets corrected and the reading date becomes the day it was checked again.
A company that is missing
The directory holds the companies whose policy has already been read in full, and it is not a list of every company there is. The request generator has a button for asking for one that is missing, and this address does the same job.
Your data, held by us
If you are on the waiting list, we keep an email address of yours, and that data is yours. You can ask for a copy of what is stored, for correction of anything wrong in it, or for erasure.
Those requests are answered within one month, the same deadline this site tells companies to meet. Erasure also works on its own, without writing to anyone, from the form on the privacy page.
The privacy page says what is kept, for how long, and how to complain to the supervisory authority if the answer does not satisfy you.
