What Bolt knows about you

When you open the app, Bolt collects your phone's precise geolocation, by GPS and IP address, according to its official declaration. The company also holds onto your transaction history and official ID documents.

The request goes by email to privacy@bolt.eu, the address the company names for data-protection matters.
